Augusta Chamber of Commerce

The Augusta Chamber of Commerce (ACC) was formed in 1961 as the Augusta Business Association.

The name was changed to the Augusta Chamber of Commerce in 2000 when it became a member of the South West Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber was the only active community organization representing the Augusta region for a number of years.

With assistance from the South West Development Commission, the Chamber was instrumental in forming the Augusta Community Development Association (ACDA) in 1994.

This allowed the Chamber to return to its primary objective, representing business in the Augusta region.
